We offer you initial market advice to clear any doubts, we give you product information, flower types and varieties available, we detail the farms and suppliers with which we work, and inform you about the applicable business models.

We solve all your doubts while being interested in your particular needs to define the best work alternative.

Once the needs and requirements of each customer have been defined, we build a sales budget, with estimate of prices, order volume and associated services (logistics, quality, transportation). Ask for a forecast without any commitment.

Orders and purchases

We define jointly the order conditions (fixed order, variable order, party orders), volumetry, shipping days, logistics companies, payment terms, billing, incident management, among others.

We care about all our orders and customers, but remember that for an air shipment to be profitable, minimum orders must be above 100kl.

In Ecuador, a “Open Market” business model is widely worked with, prices vary according to supply and demand conditions, seasonality, climate and production factors. Charge and shipping

We manage quota bookings and coordination of deliveries with freight agencies. We make flower dispatches continuously, in seasonal peaks we work with air agencies to ensure availability and avoid delays.

Customer orders must be complete and with optimal quality conditions. We review the shipments of the farms in carguera and hire external agencies to carry out quality inspections prior to shipments.

In logistics our main reference is Logiztik Alliance – Ecucarga, however, we work with different freighters adapting to the needs and preferences of each client.

Billing and after-sales service

We simplify administrative management and reduce paperwork. Simultaneously with the dispatch of each order, we issue a consolidated invoice, with detail of boxes, varieties, crops, and the costs associated with product and transport.

We have a private customer area with timely and up-to-date information. Our clients can telematically access your private area through our website, and check your statements, balance sheets, reports, and all information regarding the management of your account.

Customer satisfaction is one of our priorities, so we offer a complete after-sales service and directly manage all incidents and complaints with farms and air agencies.
